PhysiAssist runs billing for orthopedic groups: surgery and the 90 days after it, injections, braces and DME, in-house physical therapy, and workers' compensation and auto claims. We bill every billable visit inside a global period with the right modifier, and leave out the ones that are included.

The basics
Orthopedic billing services manage the revenue cycle of an orthopedic practice: surgery and global periods, fracture care, joint injections, braces and DME, physical therapy, workers' compensation and auto claims, ASC claims, payment posting, denials and AR. In orthopedics, revenue is lost both ways in the global period: billable visits missed, and included visits billed and denied.
Joints, arthroscopy, spine and fracture care, with every post-op visit sorted billable or included.
Joint injections, viscosupplements, braces and casts, billed with the right units and L-codes.
Timed units by the 8-minute rule, GP and KX modifiers, visit limits and authorizations.
Claim numbers, state fee schedules and the records each carrier asks for.
