The basics
Primary care billing services manage the revenue cycle of a primary care or family medicine practice: E/M visits, preventive and annual wellness visits, chronic and transitional care management, vaccines, in-office tests, telehealth, payment posting, denials and AR. In primary care, small amounts lost on many visits add up fast.
Office and telehealth visits coded by medical decision making or time.
IPPE, annual wellness visits and preventive exams by age, with same-day problems billed.
Monthly care management and post-discharge visits with consent and time on file.
Vaccine products and administration, labs and in-office tests.
