The basics

What is a revenue cycle dashboard?

A revenue cycle dashboard shows a practice's key billing metrics in one place, such as days in AR, clean claim rate, denial rate and net collection rate, and lets you drill into the payers, providers and claims behind each number. Revenue cycle analytics uses that data to find where revenue is lost and what each fix is worth.

Pricing

How the reporting dashboard is priced

The reporting dashboard is quoted per practice, in writing, based on the number of providers and locations and any custom reports you need.

It can run on its own or alongside our core billing service, which is priced at 2.8% to 5% of net collections and covers coding, claim submission, payment posting, denials and AR follow-up.

Revenue cycle dashboard questions

What is a revenue cycle dashboard?

A revenue cycle dashboard shows the key numbers of a practice's billing in one view: days in AR, clean claim rate, denial rate, net collection rate, charges, payments and AR by age, with the ability to drill into a payer, provider or claim.

What KPIs does the dashboard track?

Days in AR, AR by aging bucket, clean claim rate, first-pass resolution, denial rate and top denial reasons, net collection rate, charges, payments and adjustments, and patient collections, by payer, provider, location and CPT code.

How often is the data refreshed?

Daily. You see yesterday's activity every morning, not a month-end report three weeks late.

Is this your own platform or a report in our EHR?

Both. Clients log into RevCore, our client view, and we also build custom reports in your EHR or BI tool on request.

What is revenue cycle analytics?

Revenue cycle analytics turns billing data into decisions: which payers deny most and why, where AR is aging, which providers or codes underperform, and what each fix is worth in dollars.

Can I see individual claims?

Yes. Every KPI drills down to the payers, providers and claims behind it, so a number never ends in a dead end.

Who can access the dashboard?

The people you choose, with their own secure login. Access can be limited by role, location or provider.

How much does the reporting dashboard cost?

The reporting dashboard is quoted per practice, in writing, based on the number of providers and locations and any custom reports you need.
