Within 48 hours of the insurance payment being posted. A prompt statement, while the visit is still fresh, is the one patients are most likely to pay.

How do e-statements and text-to-pay work?

Patients receive a secure text or email with their balance and a link to pay online by card or bank account. No portal account or paper is needed, and reminders follow on a set schedule.

Do you offer patient payment plans?

Yes. We set up plans under your practice's financial policy, send each payment reminder and track every plan to the final payment.

Who answers patients' billing questions?

Our patient billing helpline, in English and Spanish. Patient calls and messages are returned the same business day.

Do you mail paper statements?

Our statements are electronic, sent by text and email with online payment. Tell us if part of your patient base needs another option and we will include it in your quote.
