This role is critical in driving operational excellence across core RCM functions such as Accounts Receivable follow-up, denial management, medical coding, charge capture, payment posting, and claims resolution .
The position will play an important role in ensuring service delivery, process adherence, productivity improvement, quality control, and stakeholder alignment. The individual will work closely with internal teams and client-facing stakeholders to improve collections performance, reduce denials, strengthen process efficiency, and support business growth.
