As a Healthcare Outbound Calling Specialist , you will work from a pre-assigned list of qualified leads and your job is to reach the right decision-maker, deliver a clear and credible introduction to PhysiAssist's services, and book a 15-minute discovery call for our revenue optimization team.
Leads, call scripts, and CRM workflows are provided. Your focus is execution: making consistent, high-quality calls and converting conversations into scheduled meetings.
Your core outcome: Convert pre-assigned leads into booked discovery calls.
