We are looking for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to support front-office and patient communication workflows for U.S. Dental / Orthodontic practices. The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of patient scheduling, insurance coordination, treatment communication, appointment management, and patient engagement processes.
This role requires someone who can effectively coordinate between patients, providers, and internal teams while ensuring a smooth patient experience and operational efficiency for the practice.
This is a night shift role aligned with U.S. business hours.
Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
