We are looking for an experienced AR Lead to own AR performance , collections targets , denial strategy , and team execution for U.S. healthcare revenue cycle operations .
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in AR follow-up , denial management , appeals , payer escalations , and aging bucket resolution . This role requires someone who can lead a team of 10+ AR specialists , monitor daily productivity and quality , drive collections outcomes , and improve key revenue cycle KPIs .
Own AR performance , collections targets , and overall follow-up outcomes .
