We are hiring an AR Caller / Denial Management Specialist to support our US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management operations. This role will be responsible for accounts receivable follow-up, denial analysis, appeals, and payer communication to help maximize collections and reduce aging AR.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in medical billing AR follow-up , strong knowledge of US insurance claim workflows , and the ability to work efficiently across payer portals, EHR/PM systems, and denial work queues.
Perform AR follow-up on unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims
Review claim status through payer portals, calls, and internal billing systems
