It’s simple — you only pay when we successfully process a claim for you. There are no monthly minimums, no hidden fees, and no surprises. Our pricing is fully transparent, so you stay in control of your costs.

2. What happens after the 14-Day Free Trial?

After your free trial, you’ll have the choice to continue with PhysiAssist under our pay-per-claim model. If for any reason you decide we’re not the right fit, there are no obligations or penalties.

3. Can PhysiAssist integrate with my existing EHR or Practice Management System?

Yes! We integrate seamlessly with most leading EHR and PM systems. Our team handles the setup, so you don’t have to worry about technical issues or disruption to your workflow.

4. Is there any setup fee or onboarding charge?

No. At PhysiAssist, onboarding is 100% free. We also assign a dedicated account manager to guide you through setup and provide ongoing support.

5. How often do we get reporting and updates on our performance?

You’ll receive detailed monthly reports tracking collections, denials, AR days, and claim trends. Plus, our founders personally join quarterly review calls to assess your practice’s financial health and identify opportunities for growth.

6. What if I need help outside of normal business hours?

Our team is highly responsive. While standard support hours are 9am–6pm EST, we offer extended availability for urgent issues and claim escalations when needed.

7. Can you help with services beyond just billing — like starting a new service line (e.g., pharmacy)?

Absolutely. PhysiAssist has experience helping practices expand services, including setting up in-house pharmacies. We act as true business partners, guiding you through credentialing, claims setup, compliance, and operational processes.
